Return, Exchange and Cancellation

At Sapheera, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, or if you wish to cancel your order, please read our policy below for clear guidance on the processes involved.


1. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You can return products within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests. This video must clearly show the product being unboxed and any issues (if applicable).

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at support@sapheera.com with your order details, reason for the return, and the unboxing video attached.
  2. Our customer support team will review your request and confirm whether your return is approved.
  3. If approved, we will arrange for the pickup of the product through our courier partner. Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging for return.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, return shipping will be free.
  • For returns initiated for reasons other than defects (e.g., change of mind), a flat shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refund Process:

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified of the status of your return via email or WhatsApp.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method for online payments, or credited to your bank account for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders.
  • Refunds will reflect in your account within 7 to 15 working days after the return is approved.

2. Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

  1. Email us at support@sapheera.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, specifying the item you wish to exchange and including the unboxing video.
  2. Our customer support team will review your request and confirm whether your exchange is approved.
  3. If approved, you will need to pay a flat fee of Rs. 150 for shipping charges for the exchange.
  4. After the product is returned and inspected, we will ship the exchanged item.

Important Note:

  • Exchanges are only available for products in their original condition and packaging. If the product shows signs of use or damage, the exchange request may be denied.

3. Cancellation Policy

Eligibility for Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

How to Cancel an Order:

  • To cancel your order, please email us at support@sapheera.com as soon as possible within the stipulated time frame.

Consequences of Frequent Cancellations:

  • Frequent cancellations may lead to the permanent blocking of your account from placing future orders on our website. We also reserve the right to report abusive behavior to other online platforms.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging or accessories.
  • Items returned without an unboxing video.
  • Products that fall under non-returnable categories such as personal care, hygiene, and clearance sale items.
